Often times, it is because they are either playing the numbers game and/or they are only interested in the most selective ones and/or they are looking to shop for the most favorable financial aid package they can ge


The College Personal Statement- Achievement and Character
Summer has officially arrived and, for my rising seniors, it is time to work on the "college essay" or "personal statement". The college essay is an opportunity for students to set themselves apart, a chance to present a side of them that may not be reflected on the application. There is no question that grades, test scores and awards play a major role in the admissions process. Applications offer ample space for these achievements to be outlined and highlighted. But


What College is a Good Fit for Me?
Should I apply to a small liberal arts college or a large university? Deciding between a small liberal arts college and a large university is a personal choice and largely depends on what you're looking for in your college experience.
